For most city and airport rides you pay the driver. We may ask for a small advance on outstation trips, Tempo Traveller bookings and Rann Utsav dates.

Fares are per km for the vehicle you choose, for example from ₹12/km for a Hatchback. Toll and parking are stated before you travel, so the quote is the amount you pay.

Yes, ask for it when you book and we will share the invoice.

Yes. A driver meets you at the arrivals exit, or picks you up from your hotel for departure. Share your flight number so we can track the timing.

Yes. We quote one way or round trip for Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Gandhidham and other Gujarat cities. Pay for one way if you do not need the return.

A Tempo Traveller or a bus. Send your route, date and group size and we reply with one quote.

Yes. Our desk is open 24/7. Early flights, late arrivals and last-minute trips are normal for us.

Cancelling 48 hours or more before pickup is free. A fee applies for later cancellations and no-shows. The full slab is on the Terms page.

Pay the driver in cash or by UPI. Bank transfer is possible for advances.

Yes. We guide you through the permit steps and tell you the right time to leave Bhuj. The permit and any tent-city or event tickets are paid by you.

Many travellers do it as a full-day trip, and some prefer one night on site. Tell us your dates and we plan the timing around sunrise or sunset.

A hatchback or sedan suits one to three people. An Ertiga or Innova suits families and long highway days. For bigger groups we have a Tempo Traveller and a bus. All cabs are AC.

Yes. They are local drivers we check before they drive for us, and they speak Hindi, Gujarati and some English. You get the driver and cab details before pickup.
