"Kutch Cab Service" is a taxi and travel service operator based in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, India.

We operate independently and are not affiliated with the Gujarat Tourism Department or any government transport authority.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Kutch Cab Service. "You" and "customer" refer to the person booking the vehicle.

2.1
Confirmation. You can request a booking on our website, on WhatsApp or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with the driver and cab details.
2.2
Advance. We may ask for an advance (token) amount to secure the booking, mainly for outstation trips, tempo travellers and the Rann Utsav season.
2.3
Balance. Pay the remaining amount to the driver during the trip or at the end of the journey, by cash or UPI.

3.1
Included. Unless we say otherwise, outstation quotes include fuel, driver allowance and the vehicle for the agreed itinerary.
3.2
Not included. Toll taxes, state border taxes, parking fees and monument entry tickets are not part of the base fare. You pay these directly during the trip.
3.3
Rann of Kutch permit. The White Rann entry permit and any tent-city or event tickets are paid by you. We guide you on the process and timing.
3.4
Air conditioning. The AC may be switched off on steep or rough sections to avoid overloading the engine and for safety.
3.5
Extra distance or time. Kilometres or hours beyond the agreed itinerary are charged at the standard per-km or per-hour rate.

The fee depends on how early you tell us. Time is counted back from your scheduled pickup.

5.1
Luggage. You are responsible for your belongings. Kutch Cab Service is not liable for luggage that is lost, damaged or left behind in the vehicle.
5.2
Delays. We aim to be on time every time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic, road closures, weather or vehicle breakdowns.
5.3
Conduct. Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed in the vehicle. The driver may end the trip immediately if these rules are broken, without a refund.
