Forms, WhatsApp and calls
Our booking and contact forms do not save your details on our server. They prepare a message and open WhatsApp on your phone. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
After you send, the chat sits in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers how it handles messages. When you call, we may note the trip details to confirm your booking.
Taps on our Call buttons may be counted by analytics as an enquiry. We do not record what is said on the call.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social pages open those services. They have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for 24 months so we can handle questions, complaints and invoices. After that we delete them, or keep them without your name and phone number. Records that the law says we must keep stay for as long as the law requires.
You can ask us to delete a chat or a booking record sooner. See your rights below.
